Time Served Records LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ArtistOS program, platform, and website located at artistossystem.com (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Platform. a. Information You Provide Directly
• Full name, email address, phone number, and billing information when you register or purchase
• Artist name, social media handles, music catalog details, and business entity information you submit inside the platform
• Communications you send us via email, support tickets, or contact forms
• Responses to surveys, questionnaires, or onboarding forms
b. Information Collected Automatically

• Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and navigation patterns

When you connect third-party tools recommended within ArtistOS (such as DistroKid, Zoho, NexOS, or ASCAP/BMI), those platforms may share certain data with us as permitted by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To create, maintain, and manage your account and access to the Platform
• To deliver course content, automation templates, resources, and platform features
• To process payments and send purchase confirmations and receipts
• To communicate with you about your account, program updates, and support requests
• To send marketing emails, promotional offers, and newsletters (you may opt out at any time)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform's features and content
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or unauthorized use

When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending notice to your registered email address.
